When a customer Purchasing Intent is detected by the Blueprint bot, we then analyse their message against your product catalogue to find a match.

Product Matching is built on a % match calculation. Here are some examples:

Brand Product Variant name: Nitro Cold Brew Coffee

Customer Message: "Can I order Cold Brew Coffee

Product Match: 0.84% ✅ (Positive Match)

Response: So that's Nitro Cold Brew Coffee (1L) x1 for £20.00. Is that all? ☕️

Customer Message: "Can I get Cold Brew pls

Product Match: 0.51% 🤔 (Partial Match)

Response: Ok, did you mean Nitro Cold Brew Coffee (1L) ? ☕️

Product Match: 0.29% 🙃 (Purchase Intent detected without Product Match)
