Setting up: Automated Messages

Automated Messages are messages that are sent out to your customers based on certain triggers. All Automated Messages are created in your Blueprint Dashboard:

There are 4 triggers that Automated Messages are set to:
1.) Order confirmation (1st Order)
2.) Order confirmation (all other orders)
3.) Post-order check-in (custom time-frame)
4.) Re-order prompt (custom time-frame)
All Automated Messages are then laid out for you to customise to your tone of voice and timeframe. For example: 
Every Automated Message will also visualise a consumer POV preview on the right hand side: 
Custom Tags:

Use the following tags to add personalisation to every message:

1.) Customers first name:

{first_name}

2.) Customers order number: 

{order_number}
